Position:.Net Developer Location:Des Moines, IA Duration:6+months Description: .Net Developer. will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and supporting these client web sites in an Agile environment. This is a fast-paced environment so good communication and collaboration skills are needed when working with non-technical people. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, be positive and upbeat and be comfortable proactively communicating with end clients and team members. This position is in a highly agile development environment. Experience with Extreme development principals including pair programming, test driven development, re factoring, small releases and continuous integration is highly preferred! Technical Requirements: - .NET programming experience with Visual Studio 2010 - VB.NET <http://vb.net/>, C#.NET 4.0, ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> 4.0 & SQL 2008 - Experience with source code controls - N-Tier Architecture experience preferred and experience with AJAX is a huge plus! Worked in an agile development environment and have experience with the engineering practices of Extreme Programming.
