Candidate will work closely with Client supervisors and project team. Web Portal will support a community of military and civilian first responders who are using mobile apps developed or purchased for the project, as well as an ecosystem of software developers producing new apps. High-level requirements for Web Portal include sections for (a) public facing information about project, (b) online app provisioning via enterprise “app store,” for registered users, (c) chat discussions between end users and developers, (d) social networking features including ratings and recommendations, and (e) project governance. *Requirements and Qualifications:* BS or MS in Computer Science or related discipline. At least five years experience developing web-based interactive systems. (1) Experience in developing web portal using open source portal frameworks and contemporary web development tools and languages, including Liferay, JBoss, Portal, Portlet, JSF, Javascript, CSS, HTML5, JSP, or something strongly equivalent. (2) Experience with personalization technologies, including the ability to create personalized websites based upon users and their roles.
