Must have strong leadership abilities, particularly around offshore resource management. Must possess overall understanding of data conversion. SAP is a big plus. SAP ECC 6.0 environment. Infosphere / Datastage a plus but not necessary if have excellent overall experience. Must have technical ETL ability and Leadership. Must have offshore leadership experience. Client needs a ETL DataStage IA (Information Audit) Lead resource to work with client and off-shore team. No programming involved. Must have very good communications skills and be articulate.
