 *Required Skills:*
• Business Objects Administration (Content and Server)
• Business Objects Universe and report development
• Business Objects deployments
• Business Objects integration experience with LDAP, SAP, SharePoint etc.
• Business Objects Admin/Architecture experience on XI3 is a must.
• Business Objects Administration experience on XI3
• Business Objects Administration experience in a Linux/Unix environment
• Experience with SAP, SharePoint, and LDAP integration is a huge plus
• Universe, Report, Dashboard development experience is a huge plus

 *Additional Responsibilities:*
• Provide Business Objects subject matter expertise.
• Plan and perform environment consolidation/reduction/optimization.
• Experience performing and maintaining integration with SAP, SharePoint,
Identity Management, and other applications.
• Provide 24x7 platform support. Complete service requests and problem
cases.
• Manage and track Business Objects and associated tool license usage,
provide input for long range licensing plans and optimization.
• Responsible for activities such as conceptual design, detail technical
specifications and technical documentation.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture and application teams to design
Business Objects solutions.
• Participates in the design, development, testing, implementation and
documentation of the solution
• Assists in estimating tasks and the preparation of project plans
• Experience with installations and maintenance in a Linux/Unix environment.
• Recommends methods for improved work processes, detailing the process’s
strengths and answering clients’ questions to gain group consensus.
• Tracks internal trends and suggests process improvements based on
observations.
• Measures performance of the newly implemented solutions against desired
results and recommends basic improvements; demonstrates a strong sense of
ownership for outcomes.
• Questions current methods, while evaluating broad implications, to develop
practical improvements. Focuses on achieving goals rather than a fear of
failure.
