Title = Manual Tester Location = Dublin, OH Duration = 800Hrs Rate = 40/hr max Manual Tester Participate in testing for small and medium projects, including test planning, requirements analysis, execution, and defect management, including creating, triaging and retesting defects. * Create test scenarios, test cases, test scripts and traceability matrix for projects * Apply knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and non-standard situations * Work independently with minimal guidance SKILLS: * Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science, Business or related field preferred or equivalent work experience * Minimum 1 year of software testing experience required * Minimum 1 year experience with IBM Rational tool suite, including Requisite Pro, Rational Manual Tester and ClearQuest. * AS400 testing experience preferred * Test automation experience a plus * Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, communication, and planning skills * Proficient PC skills; including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
