Position:UNIX/LINUX Adminstrator Location:Marlborough,MA Duration:6+months* *Keys to this Position 1. The candidate needs to have either Oracle Enterprise Linux (OEL) or Redhat. 80% of our environment is OEL and 20% is Redhat. We are on Redhat version 5 2. VMware is also required. We are on version 4.x 3. Unix/Solaris and storage technology experience is a plus. 4. This is an engineering/delivery role (not administration or support). 5. Excellent communication skills are required. This individual will work directly with clients. * *Description: Job Qualifications Five to seven years of experience on UNIX operating systems including Redhat, Oracle Enterprise Linux, and Solaris Two plus year of experience on VMware OS virtualization, Unix scripting, and server build automation One plus year of experience in providing production support, capacity planning, patch management and developing Disaster Recovery process and procedures Experience with storage is a plus including EMC Clarion, VMAX, or DMX Experience with Active Directory, Centrify, and LDAP is also preferred.
