This is Sudhaker Avanga from Idexcel, here is my client looking for Sr Java please let me know if you have any one available immediately Please reply to asudha...@idexcel.com *Position : Senior Java Tech Lead - 2 Nos* *Duration : 6-12 months* *contract* *Location : Englewood Cliffs, NJ* *Responsibilities: * · Design & Develop Web Services and Service Oriented Applications (SOA) · Support existing Web Services and Service API's · Design and implement features in collaboration with other developers, QA engineers, and the technology leadership team. · Identify and propose new components and/or refactoring strategies of legacy implementations in balance with business priorities. · Work with product owners to refine business requirements into clear, concise functional requirements. · Work with Product Development to develop a phased approach to product delivery and release. · Work with senior members of the organization to develop a logically decoupled, extensible architecture. · Write abstract, loosely coupled code that can be reused and extended for future development by other engineers. · Develop test suites in line with organizational policy (unit tests, integration suites). · Develop reusable services that are used by internal and external applications · Conduct regular design and peer code reviews to not only improve quality being delivered by the group but to also increase code coverage. · Produce accurate work estimates that can be used to plan schedules, and work diligently to meet them. · Participate in all types of testing; conduct acceptance tests, stress tests, and tune performance. · Integrate 3rd party software and toolsets through documented SDK's. · Provide recommendations for new project initiatives. *Job Requirements:* · Strong web, java development experience · 7+ years of Java experience · Experience with JDK 5 or higher, Struts, Spring, XML, XSLT,JSP, Servlet, JSTL *· **Experience with Multi Threading* · Experience RESTful services · Experience in Subversion, Maven and JUNIT · Experience in ORM implementations like Hibernate · Exposure to Content Management Systems *· **Experience in Service Oriented Architecture* · Deep understanding of RDBMS concepts and MySQL/Oracle database · Experience with Unix/Linux and shell scripting · Experience with Apache, Tomcat application servers.
