Responsible for PeopleSoft infrastructure installations and configurations. Responsible for environment maintenance, database refreshes, change management, production support. Responsible for monitoring application and web server tiers running on VMWare ESX Server. Collaborate with other support groups (e.g. DBA, Platform, etc.) to establish proper support of PeopleSoft applications per corporate mandates. Ready to provide on-call support nights and weekends.
