*Duration: 6 +Months*** * * *Job Description*: Provide support for the operational and process-related aspects of the Change and Configuration Management Database (CCMDB). This role will involve the following: Demonstrated end-to-end process integration and improvement Strong analytical skills and sound judgment Excellent communication and presentation skills – focus and brevity Proven ability to influence vs. directly manage Strong understanding of distributed computing infrastructure. *Expected Responsibilities*: Responsible for definition, implementation, integration, support and continuous improvement of quality principles and processes related to Change and Configuration Management Database (CCMDB). Ensures that these quality processes are documented for, communicated to, and adopted by the various internal and external stakeholder groups which include, but are not limited to, Technology Operations, Physical Planning and Installation, Server Management and Engineering, Project Management Office, SDLC Governance, Enterprise Release Management, Application Development and Support, Architecture and Business Analysts. Serves as a primary point of engagement with internal and external stakeholder groups to solicit CCMDB process feedback and requirements and works with Engineering to deliver new functionality and/or changes related to the CCMDB processes. Establishes and maintains stakeholder compliance and satisfaction metrics. Performs regular audits of CCMDB non-discoverable data and escalates discrepancies to the appropriate groups. Facilitates internal and external stakeholder meetings, user training and other stakeholder engagements as required. *Required Skills*: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, other equivalent field or related work experience. Minimum 7-10 years' experience in a systems/application development, or a Technology Operations/Infrastructure area. High-level knowledge of commonly-used technical platforms, operating systems, databases, middleware utilities and networks. Working knowledge of CCMDB principles and processes. Familiarity with enterprise-level CCMDB tool(s).
