We need candidates that are:
1. Currently working with QA Automation (QTP and LoadRunner)
2. Strong communication skills (Written and Verbal)
3. Is the person developing the Test Cases, not just running scripts.
4. Prefer them to have worked with Microsoft languages (.Net)
Requirement:
Create and maintain function libraries for multiple applications
Creating automation framework for various projects
Maintain and enhance existing regression suite
Experience with HP Quality center with minimum of 3 years experience in
developing and managing test scripts using HP's QTP - Mandatory
Experience developing complex scripts, user defined functions in addition
to *record and playback* - Mandatory
Experience with a programming language (C#, Visual Basic preferred) -
Mandatory
Experience reviewing Requirements specifications, creating test plans and
executing manual and automated test scripts-Mandatory
Experience with functional, stress and regression testing including
database validations - Mandatory
Very good knowledge of SQL. Ability to write functions, SP and T SQL
scripts- Mandatory
Knowledge of C# is very desirable but not mandatory
Experience doing Performance testing using Load Runner.
Experience creating Vuser scripts using HTTP/Webservices Protocol
Experience creating fairly complex load testing scenarios.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or EE or equivalent technical degree
--Required Masters in Computer Science or EE --desired.
HP QTP Certification - desired
HP Load Runner Certification- desired
