Individual is expected to: Lead and prepare documentation consistent with ISO 9000 QMS standards in support of Prudential’s reassessment of our IT Sarbanes Oxley controls and 3rd party performance Take action as necessary to assist and perform functions in support of and to backfill for staff. IT controls consist of activities related to Change Management, Change Request, compliance with Prudential IT technology standards, and facilitation of the annual audit process. 3rd party vendor services includes maintaining relationship with Prudential’s IT service provider and ensuring vendor performs at predefined service levels and application solutions proposed by vendor conform to sound solution design. Perform information security recertification assessments. Facilitate the coordination of the internal and external annual audit review process.
