Summary: Senior CTI Software Developer for a project to integrate a custom CRM system with a Cisco Unified Communications system. Both the CRM and UC systems are fully deployed and operational. The goal of the project will be to create a server-based application that can provide call control and CRM features such as Click-to-Call and Screen Pop to thousands of users across multiple sites in the US.
