*MS SQL Custom Applications Reporting Lead - Insurance experience is a must* 1. Should have Insurance domain knowledge including *bureau reporting (ISO, statutory) experience* and expertise in terms of basic understanding of the processes and insurance data 2. Proficient at MS SQL Server development and ETL 3. 10+ years of development and management experience, Should be able to manage and drive a small but bright team of consultants which comprises of SQL Server developers in an onsite-offshore model; should have good people handling skills including how to handle senior in a highly dynamic team environment 4. Should be able to create operational processes to reduce dependency on a few individuals, streamlining and optimization 5. Should be able to understand reconciliation systems and drive monthly, quarterly, yearly closures 6. Production support environment knowledge 7.
