Position: Helpdesk Level II
Location: Cumberland, RI
Duration: 4+ Months Contract*

*Duties*
Resolve technical issues by analyzing, diagnosing, and implementing fixes
100% over the phone. The primary focus of the Level 2 Support Technician is
to resolve issues on the 1st call. This position requires shift flexibility.

*Experience*
1+ years of experience in an IT help desk environment. Proven experience
with Windows operating systems, mobile devices (Blackberry, iPhone, iPad,
etc), Microsoft Office suite, Networking/VPN, and Active Directory.

*Education*
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required. Microsoft, Cisco, and/or
CompTIA certifications are preferred.
