Experience with the financial industry. Minimum 3 -5years experience working with Oracle Financial Services (“OFS”) Analytical Application Infrastructure, version 7.3.2 (“AAI”)OFS Anti Money Laundering Enterprise Edition, version 6.2 (“ALM”) Functional Expertise Possesses in-depth knowledge of the business processes for the business functions assigned Possesses knowledge of best practices for the business functions assigned Understands cross-functional drivers of organization’s financial performance Understands cross-functional business processes and the relationships between those processes and information systems Possesses an understanding of the wider field of information technology and broad understanding of information systems architecture and techniques Able to determine the impact of system change to the business and vice versa Leadership/Results Oriented Exhibits accountability for and disciplined focus on desired outcomes. Communicates appropriately and effectively across all levels within the organization. Pursues alternate paths as appropriate to break through obstacles. Able to balance the scope and quality of technology solutions with business needs.
