Thorough understanding of Oracle database application performance tuning, design, security scalability, analyze and troubleshooting problems and industry best practices for application development Extensive experience in PL/SQL, SQL performance tuning products and utilities. Finance Services Software development background and experience in Microsoft SQL Server and PL/SQL are a must. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Analyzes functional needs that drive the analysis and technical design of quality technical solutions; recommends solutions that are aligned with business / IT strategies and complies with corporate architectural standards. • Analyzes performance and capacity issues with systems / applications software and/or application components. • Design and develop Stored Procedures, Packages and batch loading process in Oracle. • Provide programming and business analysis support for the design, development, and application testing • Develop and review deliverables including requirement, design and test documents • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve technical database related issues. • The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of system development and maintenance, which includes: requirements gathering, system analysis and design, documentation, coding, testing, implementation, researching and resolving production problems and dealing with end users to resolve issues.
