Job Title: Systems Analyst Location: Jacksonville, FL Duration: 1 year NOTE:NEED ONLY GC, CITIZEN. Job Description: Consult with business stakeholders, understand business problem/need, identify and evaluate alternate IT solutions (manual and automated), identify impacted systems and processes Plan/conduct JAD/JAR sessions with business stakeholders, project team, multiple IT teams to gather business requirements and/or technical systems requirements. Decompose high level business requirements into detailed business rules, detailed technical systems requirements, User Interface flows, system interfaces Create detailed Business Requirements Specifications, detailed Systems Requirements Specifications, using alternate views such as process/work flows, diagrams, models, use cases, data mappings/crosswalks for our web based consumer shopping and enrollment application and Salesforce.com hosted marketing/sales/service application for various health, life, dental, and supplemental insurance products Prepare detailed data mappings/crosswalks for system integrations For agile scrum projects, perform scrum master role as well as prepare user stories, story points, scrum reports Create test scenarios to verify documented systems requirements Execute test scenarios/scripts and verify documented systems requirements Provide analyst support to development and test teams through all phases of SDLC including production issues Work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Perform other duties as assigned Required skills/competencies: 4+ years performing systems analysis and design duties and at least with one recent SalesForce project Experience documenting systems requirements for applications based on SalesForce sales/marketing platform is desirable Experience documenting data interfaces between Salesforce objects and external applications is desirable Understanding of technical concepts/terminologies of SalesForce sales/marketing platform is desirable Experience with Salesforce.com administration and configuration will be plus Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
