Candidate will be responsible for design, development, and unit testing of a SOA layer utilized to multiple applications interface abstraction. *Required qualifications:* · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an IT-related field · 7+ years related experience. · Java / J2EE 5/6/7 experience · Oracle 9i/10g/11g · SOA Design Principles · IBM products ESB, WebSphere Message Broker, WebSphere Application Server, RAD and MQ messaging · Enablement technologies including XML, WSDL, UDDI, SOAP, JMS, HTTP and SSL *Preferred additional qualifications:* · C#, VB.NET · Web Development in JSP, JSF · Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition · Informatica Powercenter 8.6/9.6 · FileNet · Harvest/Clearcase · QTP (Mercury Quick Test Professional) · Operating Systems including Linux, AS400 *Soft Skills Needed:* Ability to “own” a task by solving problems and following through until completion Ability to effectively interact with management, employees, contractors and off-shore developers Ability to learn, grasp and maintain a complex technical environment Ability to create and test complex build plans Ability to incorporate new technology in existing environment Ability to define technical tasks and provide estimates and status Prior experience working in multi-tiered environments Testing, QA, automated testing tool background a plus Prior experience with Harvest or other automated deployment tools is a plus.
