Respond to me with your updated resume. * Position : Senior Project Manager Location: Boston / OH Duration: 3 months to start Skill and Role Summary:* Client is embarking on a total site redesign targeted to launch in September 2014. As part of this initiative, pull together detailed Functional and Non-functional Requirements during the up front planning phase of work between October and December of 2013. This role would be on point to facilitate the gathering of these requirements and synthesize into something we can scope. * Main duties and responsibilities:* Be responsible for leading senior level stakeholders and SME’s through multiple requirements gathering workshops (at the client site in Mason, OH) through a period of 2 weeks. Work with Sr Associate BA to flesh out captured requirements. Facilitate internal review sessions of Functionality Scope Matrix with core team and then with clients. Ensure requirements translate properly for UX and Design teams to be actionable… Coordinate with PM the logistics of workshops including but limited to: deck creation for requirements gathering workshops, scheduling of meetings, production of presentation materials, meeting notes consolidation and reports. *Requirements:* STRONG client facing skills (including leading collaborative whiteboard workshops at the senior level) is essential, Experience leveraging user journeys or other UX documentation to tease out thoughts from clients on possible requirements in order to properly scope a project. Detail oriented, strong communication and documentation skills, team oriented willing to collaborate with others to get the job done. Experience in eyewear or fashion industry … Work from Boston when not traveling to client site in Mason, OH. 100% reimbursable.
