Position : Change Management leader Locaiton : Boca Raton FL Duration : 12+ months interview – Skype/Phone. MUST have ITIL certification and/or experience, 5-10 years change management, and MUST have been part of a global enterprise Windows XP to 7 upgrade, preferably with 20k end users or larger. Qualifications: 1. 7+ years of IT management experience (managing personnel) 2. Excellent knowledge of implementing policies and procedures 3. Experience with problem, change, and configuration management 4. Strong knowledge of hardware management and inventory processes 5. Strong knowledge of end user related areas – laptops, desktops, tablets, peripherals, etc. 6. Strong knowledge of software deployment processes and support. 7.
