Position : Change Management leader
Locaiton : Boca Raton FL
Duration : 12+ months
interview – Skype/Phone.

MUST have ITIL certification and/or experience, 5-10 years change
management, and MUST have been part of a global enterprise Windows XP to 7
upgrade, preferably with 20k end users or larger.


Qualifications:
1. 7+ years of IT management experience (managing personnel)
2. Excellent knowledge of implementing policies and procedures
3. Experience with problem, change, and configuration management
4. Strong knowledge of hardware management and inventory processes
5. Strong knowledge of end user related areas – laptops, desktops, tablets,
peripherals, etc.
6. Strong knowledge of software deployment processes and support.
7. Strong knowledge of operating system deployments and imaging.
8. Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of desktops products – Windows 7/8,
Office 2013.
9. General knowledge of virtual desktop deployments.
10. General knowledge of network technologies


11. Must demonstrate strong skills in the following areas:
A. Strong leadership skills
B. Detail and systematic thinking
C. Written and oral communication
D. Technical organization and troubleshooting
E. Issue resolution and risk mitigation
F. Commitment to follow standards

Technologies: Windows 7 O/S, Office 365 Productivity Software, Gmail
Messaging, Gmail Applications
Functions: Service Delivery, Desktop Engineering, Systems Administration
