Minimum two (2) to three (3) years’ experience using MS SQL Server, version 2000 and 2005, and stored procedures. Excellent communication skills. Candidate must have strong experience in ASP.Net and VB.Net. Two to Four (2) - (4) years of experience and a strong understanding of web servers (IIS), application servers, and other elements of an internet/intranet infrastructure. Desirable Requirements Experience in and expected to work closely with fellow colleagues on both the business and technical sides of the organization. Knowledge of city government programs and systems including Children or Human Services. Capability and experience to communicate with business users at a business level, and analyze business needs to determine appropriate design solutions. Experience with delivering a working product on a rapid development, test, and deployment lifecycle.
