This role will be responsible for implementing benefit changes for multiple
customers, working in the claims benefits system to identify and document
requirements for system changes, claims testing and validation of system
enhancements, and implementation of changes.

*NASCO system experience
2 years experience of strong knowledge of medical claims benefits
processing
Strong system analysis skills
*Required Skills/Experience
*Minimum two years claims processing system experience.
Working knowledge of claims processing for all lines of business.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills, including ability to manage
multiple concurrent assignments.
Ability to write clear and concise documentation that can be understood by
others who may not have direct knowledge of the subject.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Great interpersonal skills and team spirit attitude.
*Preferred Skills/Experience
*3270 Mainframe experience.
Detailed knowledge of Medical, Dental, Vision & Hearing benefits.
BFM/BFAST experience with benefit coding.
Working knowledge of SharePoint.
Experience with membership/eligibility.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel, Access
and Word.
