Job Title: Project Manager (ICD10) Location: Jacksonville, FL Duration: 12+month Note:Need healthcare and insurance experience Job Description: The role requires practical experience managing customer/partner expectations, as well as the ability to collaborate with business leadership to develop, prioritize, and manage their business needs. The successful candidate for this role has extensive experience in the healthcare/health insurance industry, a creative thinker who must be accountable for the objectives and capabilities of the business, through effective relationship management; facilitating collaboration with all participants (technical staff, management and stakeholders) to guarantee solution delivery. Responsibilities include: Central point of contact, coordination, and communication between project stakeholders and technical delivery team Managing status communications Understands and participates in strategic technology planning Participates in project oversight Acts as point of escalation for project and support issues Required skills: Ability to communicate with senior technology and business leadership Ability to make, frame-up, and drive critical decisions Ability to influence and embrace cross-functional teams Successfully integrate technology delivery processes into solution delivery Ability to work on several complex projects simultaneously Ability to effectively communicate and interact with various internal customers Job Requirements: Solid understanding of the concepts, theories and processes of the Project Management Methodology (PMM). They have a solid understanding of industry business related processes, functions and architectures is preferred Understanding of ITIL. Broad knowledge of Information Technology. Must have the ability to effectively create project plans in Project Professional. Ability to use Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) 7+ years of broad applied project management experience in managing technology projects and leading technical staff.
