Job Title : Websphere Admin Rate : 55$/Hr. Duration : 12 Months exp required : 3-8 Yrs. Work Location : Hoboken, NJ Skills Required : Basic understanding of JVM and ability to perform Installation of application/web servers. Configure Virtual Machines, Clusters, JMS, Virtual Hosts, JDBC, LDAP, auto-deployment, session replication, URL redirections, Re-write rules, http-Plugins etc. Installation and management of security certificates Scripting skills to automate jobs and WLST/WSADMIN scripting Troubleshooting and performance tuning on namely Marklogic, Websphere, Tomcat, Jboss, LAMP, IIS. Thread dump and log analysis Backup and restoration of application/web servers data Deploying applications in Marklogic, Websphere , Tomcat. Basic knowledge of operating systems( Solaris, Linux, AIX, AS 400). Basic knowledge of network infrastructure for e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, Firewall, router, load balancer etc. Technical documentation experience Good communication skills Good team player & willing to work in shifts. Have good exposure in Clusters, JMS, Virtual Hosts, JDBC, LDAP, auto-deployment Build Application Server from scratch to make it ready to host applications. Log analysis & scheduled deployments.
