Short Project Description:
JAVA/J2EE Technical Lead for a Motor Vehicle modernization project.

The person who is chosen must be on site 5 days a week in Trenton, NJ.


Position Details (repeat this section for multiple positions)
Consultant Role/Responsibilities or Tasks on Project:

As the JAVA/J2EE Technical Lead, candidates must perform the following:

• Develop, recommend and implement strategies and specifications for
technical solutions meet the functional and non-functional requirements
• Highly experienced with Java/J2EE, EJB, JSF, RichFaces, Spring, Spring
WebFlow, JPA/Hibernate, and web services
• Experience with rules engine ILOG JRules and IBM Process Server
• Exhibit strong knowledge, demonstrated through project experience, with
Rational Unified Process (RUP) and Unified Modeling Language (UML) using
Rational Softwre Architect and Rational Software Modeler
• Identify and design executable services based on requirements and data
models
• Experience with ClearCase, ClearQuest and Rational RequisitePro
• Analyze business requirements and help translate to system requirements
• Performs a variety of technical leadership and management tasks


Education/Experience Requirements:

• 8+ Years of total IT experience with minimum of 4+ years of experience as
a lead in design and development of distributed applications/services using
Java/J2EE technologies
• 4+ years of experience in leading design and development teams of 20+
resources for enterprise applications

Skills Required (provide specific details around tools, client environment,
certifications needed, etc):  MUST HAVE SKILLS
• Strong experience with Java technologies JSF, RichFaces, Spring WebFlow,
all Spring modules, JPA/Hibernate, EJB and web services is a must
• Strong knowledge integrating with the following sub-system technologies:
WebSphere Message Broker, ILog/JRules Rules Engine, IBM Process Server
• Experience and knowledge of Rational Application Developer
• Strong Knowledge of Rational Unified Process
• Strong knowledge in SDLC and development process using iterative
methodologies
• Sound knowledge of J2EE Design Patterns
• Experience in Oracle RDBMS in a clustered and high available environments
• Must be a team player; excellent written and communication skills is a
must
Desired Skills:
• Experience managing technical components of work, tracking the work,
reporting status, and delivering quality results, Project Management Skills
desired, PMP nice to have
