Job Title: Business System Analyst Location: Washington, DC Duration: 6 Months *Interview: Face to FaceLocal to DC/VA/MD* REQUIRED SKILL-SET AND EXPERIENCE: Proposed resource should possess a minimum of 5 years of industry experience and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the following technologies and disciplines: Demonstrated experience with increasingly complex system analysis projects Experience developing user stories based on business and system requirements Experience defining and elaborating user stories with validation and acceptance criteria Experience with various requirements gathering techniques and methodologies (UML/ Use cases, Activity diagrams, JAD sessions). Hands-on QA testing experience in client server and/or web-based environment Experience developing manual and automated test scripts Experience with 3rd party testing and change management tools Experience with Scrum and/or other Agile Development frameworks Experience with automated requirements engineering and testing tools RDBMS experience (MS SQL Server and/or Oracle) and ability to write SQL queries.
