Experience with systems for Electronic Data Capture, Clinical Trial Management (e.g. IMPACT), Safety & Pharmacovigilance (e.g. ARGUS), Clinical data review and reporting Knowledge of regulatory requirements for clinical research (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11). Perform process analysis and identify process improvements Facilitate interviews, workshops, and other information gathering sessions Write and maintain backlog of user stories (pre and during projects) Support user acceptance testing and organizational changes Ability to analyze and document business processes together with an understanding and an ability to convey the resulting product requirements and implications.
