Supports and/or installs, and integrates package software applications. Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Monitors and manages change control process. *Skills And Experience*: 1. Requires a minimum of five years experience developing solutions for database driven applications (preferably on Windows and Oracle). Extensive troubleshooting experience on windows and web based applications (Weblogic/IIS). Proven knowledge of multiple tier application architecture. Must have at least 3 years of development experience of web application on a J2EE architecture platform and also should have some experience on other code platforms (C#, PHP, etc.). 2. Requires a four-year college degree in Computer Science or MIS, supplemented by at least five years of progressively responsible related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Programming and other IT certifications are a plus. 3. Requires an individual who is detail-oriented with proven ability to work effectively under conditions requiring speed and accuracy; organized and flexible, able to handle multiple tasks and varying priorities in deadline-oriented environment. 4. Requires ability to think strategically, use facilitation, good project management skills, writing skills and drive cooperation and coordinated processes for corporate success. 5. Must be able to work as a member of a team; requires courteous and professional demeanor, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. 6.
