Engagement Description: To develop a brand new web application to handle the State's Fiscal Note process. This new application will be developed using .NET Framework 4.0, Visual Studio 2010 with VB.NET, Oracle database, and will utilize multiple third party tools such as rich text editors to provide the functionality required. The application UI will be based on user security roles.
