Note Must have **Big IP F5 Load Balancer **!!* *Required skills/years:* Weblogic 3rd level support Big IP F5 Load Balancer Administration MQ SERIES BATCH SUPPORT Description: This position is a senior level, highly technical role that manages application installations and supports the online site infrastructure to ensure optimum performance, availability and security of the "front-end" environment. As a senior project engineer, provides 3rd level support for the resolution of highly complex, technical problems involving web sites and e-commerce applications and their integration into the existing online site. Leads large-scale application implementations from proof of concept through testing and installation. Directs statistics gathering and analysis to assist in determining hardware requirements and communication bandwidth to support projected transaction volumes and response time and system availability targets. Evaluates, develops, customizes and utilizes advanced system administration tools. Collaborates with enterprise partners on issues and initiatives that impact the infrastructure. Coaches and gives direction to less experienced web support engineers.: 7+ years web support experience. Additional Job Details: Production support web support engineer providing 7X24 expert technical support and consultation for WebLogic, MQ Series Messaging, and Sun One Webservers running on Solaris 8, Solaris 10 and RHEL 4 operating systems. Position also requires significant experience with Big IP F5 Load Balancer administration, shell scripting for alerting and alarming on applications. Significant experience using HP OVO is also preferred. Position conducts and coordinates the analysis, planning and implementation of systems software and/or hardware. Analyzes, designs, codes, tests, debugs, maintains, modifies and documents operating systems. Defines systems hardware and/or hardware requirements and determines systems specifications and/or customizations. Coordinates the design of subsystems and integration of total systems. Identifies and resolves highly complex problems. Provides direction and/or guidance to less experienced staff.
