Job Desc: **local candidates strongly preferred Senior Security Architect for EAD manages internal entities to provide common technical security architecture. Reviews proposed changes & projects in the internal VITA environment for Security impact and assists in recommending secure options to meet business needs. Evaluates new products and vendor offerings for use within VITA. Implements COV and VITA security architecture policies and procedures. This position works closely with the COVA Security and Risk Management team to monitor potential security threats and their defense internal to VITA. In addition, position manages EAD technical asset inventory, and coordinates internal server management. In addition, position manages EAD application server administrators and serves as backup for deploying and managing application software in the development, test, and production environments.
