Please go through and send me if you have any suitable profiles along with their contact information so that we can discuss and proceed further. *Position Title: Mobility Consultant(Digital Support)* *Start date: ASAP* *Duration: 6+ months* *Location: Princeton, NJ* *Interview Mode: Telephonic/In Person / Skype* *Must Have:* · Hands on support, incident, problem solving, including application support · Triaging with Business Users and Developers · Adept in Communication, worked with various stakeholders/vendors · Hands on Application Release Management (including coordinating with Infrastructure), we don’t need a technical infrastructure person, but someone who has deploy applications to servers and understand infrastructure at high level · Decent app support experience · Ability to access backend applications through system admin level access · Micro Mining technical issues with both the end users and the vendors · Understanding of Infrastructure (Servers, Databases etc.) · Familiar with mobile landscape - applications on iOS, Android · Technical/development back ground, doesn’t have to be a developer but worked with developers at least for support · Familiar with service management concepts · Familiar with development process Good to have (but not necessary): · Knowledge of ITIL · Mobile architecture · Web/Infrastructure architecture .
