ICAR primarily serves the Child Support Recovery Unit (CSRU) and is one of the bureaus under the DHS Divisions of Data Management. This senior IT developer will function within a team of dedicated web developers. Responsibilities include: 1. Serve as a Technical lead on projects from concept through the post-implementation stage of the Software Development Life Cycle. 2.
