*Job Title: SAP PMO * *Location: Houston, TX* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Role responsibilities: * The core responsibilities of the SAP SRM IP PMO are as follows: Work with Deployment Manager, work stream leads and Backbone to develop a robust and accurate project schedule with baseline tasks for each project, against which delivery activity and resource deployment can be tracked Ensure the project schedule meets the required standards and WBS level structure Identify critical path issues and schedule changes resulting from change requests Identify and capture dependencies between the various project streams Work with work stream leads to ensure plans are kept current within the timelines defined Apply project planning standards and schedule change request procedures Maintain the project schedule and weekly project status reports throughout the duration of the project, including status preparation, tracking and analysis of ROI Provision of PMO services including scheduling, risk and issue management, status reporting, configuration management, knowledge management and project accounting Produce regular status reports and project performance analyses that measures and monitors progress to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and that it meets scope and quality targets. Maintain and monitor various tools for issues log, risk register and action log in order to maintain high quality and complete information at all times Facilitate team lead status meetings in order to provide clarity on milestones/ activities/ resources/risks/issues at all levels of the project (day to day to medium/ long-term planning). Support the Go Live Scorecard Process and go/no-go decision meetings Assist in the collation of content for team meetings and Project Board reviews in addition to releasing the supporting agreements and actions arising from each Assist in the syndication of information within the team and all relevant group-wide stakeholders Timely and accurate reporting of milestone and delivery status to the Project Manager and other key stakeholders as required Assist with identification and scheduling of resources Ensure project/program reporting cycles are adhered to Produce periodic assessment of process maturity, cost and efficiency Manage SharePoint and ensure project documentation storage adheres to internal processes Ensure correct tools and templates are utilized for documentation for program delivery and process support Prepare for Stage Gate reviews Leverage successful products, processes and best practices across the BP Group The role may require occasional travel to the UK *Experience and Knowledge * PMO experience and knowledge in an ERP systems deployment (specifically SAP) working with a global cross-functional project team History of working in a project support environment and managing/setting up processes Knowledge and experience of other project management processes (e.g. risk, issue and assumptions management, change control and project reporting). Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization Strong stakeholder management skills Excellent analytical skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Visio and other Office tools Prince2 (or equivalent project management qualification) preferable Experience in the following activities: Project schedule creation and maintenance Budget tracking and maintenance Create meeting agendas, minutes and action logs Risk and issue log maintenance *Thanks* *Mohammed Valli Uddin* *Technical Recruiter * *Next Generation Technologies.
