We seek a *Systems Analyst for our client's PeopleSoft team* to provide system analyst and design services based on the labor skillsets described below. This project will focus on the support and implementation of a cost and budgeting system. *Deliverable:* *Develops high-level design and functional specifications, produces deliverables related to the project(s) assigned and assists in post implementation support for projects involving User Experience / PeopleSoft Custom Modules / Reporting for PeopleSoft Based Applications and *Responsible for the design and development of IT solutions based on business requirements documents. *Assists business analysts by clarifying requirements during requirements development *Scope:* *Must possess technical experience analyzing and designing computer systems. *Possess knowledge of current storage and retrieval methods and demonstrated ability to formulate and develop specifications and requirements for computer programmers to use in coding, testing, and debugging computer programs. *Provides technical direction for personnel performing system and software development tasks including the review of products for quality. *Coordinates with Delivery Manager to ensure problem solution and customer satisfaction. *Makes recommendations for approval of major computer system installations. *Prepare milestone status reports and presentations on system concepts. Provides daily supervision to supporting analysts and technicians as needed to support the cost and budgeting system rewrite effort. *Skillset required: * **8 years IT experience including work with UML (Use Case, Activity, State Chart, and Class Diagram) and ERD* **3-5 years of experience as a Techno/Functional analyst working with PeopleSoft systems with an in-depth knowledge of PS Financial modules. * **3-5 years of experience with PeopleSoft development technologies - (PeopleCode, Application Designer, Component Interface, Application Engine, SQR, Integration Broker and XML Publisher) used to technically design, develop and test interfaces and conversions modifications. * *Experience and knowledge of integration points to and from PeopleSoft Finance System. *Experience interacting with business users, ability to collect requirements, create business requirements documents and functional specification documents for system improvements *Experience working closely with technical teams to translate functional specifications into technical solutions *Experience in writing SQL queries, data analysis and validation *Experience using Requisite Pro, RUP, and Scrum.
