*Kindly reply to sara.wil...@itbtalent.com <sara.wil...@itbtalent.com>* *Social Circle, GA* *7 month contract* - Provide direct supervision of individuals including mentoring, performance management, and staffing decisions. - Manage all activities of internal/external resources within the group or service delivery area. - Responsible for the proposal, analysis and detail design activities for *Oracle EnterpriseOne ERP* software and other large warehouse management and distribution projects. - Identify, evaluate, develop and /or redesign systems and procedures that meet user requirements. - Assist business customers with business process redesign on large projects. - Provide leadership by assisting clients in identifying and responding to opportunities for cost-effective system implementations and solutions. Analyze and make decisions that have cross functional business impact. - Create and update associated project plans. - Manager all aspects of System Implementation activities including risks, challenges, decisions and tasks to maintain schedule. Document and escalate as needed. * Provide direct supervision of individuals * Set team, group or service objectives and ensure they align with the IT vision * Define, design and document business flows and processes for large highly complex projects * Understand and follow appropriate SDLC, quality validation processes and application processes * Train others as appropriate on Oracle EnterpriseOne ERP * Provide strong cross-functional and business knowledge to develop business system and process alternatives.
