1+ years Charlotte, NC Only Citizens or GC's Job description: The implementation will be broken out into three separate consolidations; Fleet, Power Generation and Transmission & Distribution. Client requires a functional solution architect to work on the Transmission and Distribution consolidation effort implementing on Maximo 7.5. The functional architect will participate in the Transmission and Distribution business process design workshops and primary responsibility for the Fit Gap analysis and Maximo object inventory as part of the analyze phase. Post analyze phase the functional architect will be responsible for developing functional design documents. Key Responsibilities Include: *Attending and participating Transmission and Distribution business process workshops. *Provide working demos of Maximo 7.5 to our business team. *Reviewing and interpreting business requirements. *Perform a fit gap analysis of the business requirements to Maximo functionality. *Provide functional solutions in Maximo 7.5 based on the business requirements. *Develop a Maximo object inventory based on the proposed solution. *Contribute to estimating the complexity of the Maximo object inventory. *Develop a functional design document for Maximo application changes, interfaces, reports or conversions. Functional designs must have traceability back to specific requirements captured. Education: Bachelors Degree or a combination of education plus equivalent work experience. Job Requirements Include: *Detailed knowledge of work and asset management modules in Maximo 7.5. *Detailed knowledge of the T&D industry solution in Maximo 7.5. *Knowledge of Maximo configuration and security. *Understanding of the extent to which Maximo can be modified/customized to solve business requirements. *Understanding of the use TRM. *Good communication skills.
