*SharePoint Developer -* *8-10 years *
Performs high complexity (i.e. application modules) analysis, design, 
development and unit testing of software applications from user 
requirements and design documents; proficiency with *Software Development 
Lifecycle (SDLC);* resolves defects encountered during various testing 
cycles; understanding of proper application design techniques and 
methodologies; knowledge of the programming language(s), application 
server, database server and/or architecture of the system being developed; 
knowledge of one or more of the following: *ASP.NET, C#, VB.Net*, *JavaScript, 
CSS, XML, XSLT, XHTML and SharePoint.* 
The SharePoint Developer/Architect will define architecture and provide 
development road maps 
Contribute significantly to the technical direction of the global 
SharePoint team and environment 
Propose Architect and design changes in SharePoint environments for maximum 
flexibility, reliability and scalability 
Define the logical, technical, and physical architecture for SharePoint as 
application platform that are consistent with architecture principles. 
Develop SharePoint development lifecycle and best practices 
Define solution delivery strategies, architectural standards, 
hardware/software and infrastructure needs and requirements of custom 
SharePoint applications 
Act as thought leader around data migration, security, integration, 
disaster recovery, and governance 
Experience documenting SharePoint systems configurations, processes and 
procedures 
Working closely with customers to understand and manage expectations 
Work with the PM team to develop overall scope and work plan for 
implementing requirements. 
Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing 
effective and efficient solutions that meet business requirements. 
Work with customers at all levels of technical ability by assisting them in 
the customization, and definition of SharePoint 2010 sites. 
Coordinate with security and operations during installation and deployment 
of Governance and Compliance software on the development, test and 
production environment. 
Provide SharePoint guidance and leadership by example on SharePoint 
customization and information governance best practices. 
Collaborate with analysts in documenting and capturing software 
requirements. 
Collaborate with analyst to upgrade and redesign user interfaces for new 
and existing SharePoint sites and/or applications. 
Experience with Windows SharePoint Services, 
*MOSS 2010, PowerShell Expertise with Microsoft .Net framework, MSFT Active 
Directory and SQL Server* 
*8-10 years of IT experience as developer*. 

*5-6 years’ experience using ASP.NET, C#, VB.Net, JavaScript, CSS, XML, 
XSLT, XHTML and SharePoint (5 years minimum) custom development and upkeep 
Experience in design and development of custom SP web parts* 
Sound knowledge of 
*Performance Point, PowerPivot, SSRS, SSIS *Track record of successfully 
delivering small, medium and enterprise scale SharePoint solutions 
Define and implement required changes to SharePoint governance model 
Provide expertise, lead technical meetings, and communicate effectively 
with different development teams and departments 
Clearly identify requirements, technical feasibility and effort estimates 
of projects 
Formulate custom, client specific SharePoint solutions including where 
necessary integration of third party packages 
Mentor new/junior SharePoint developers 
Knowledge of Information lifecycle in SharePoint and SharePoint Record 
Center
