Please let me know your thoughts. 3 references required. *Candidates should have at least 60 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply:* - *L*eading a team of business analysts, gathering requirements for a complex project. Qualifications must include planning, organizing and assigning staff to research, gathering and evaluating business process requirements, encourages stakeholders to resolve issues with design specifications, evaluating project timelines and priorities. - *F*acilitating JAD sessions, conducting stakeholder interviews, focus groups and workshops then analyzing the stakeholder's business needs and converting those into functional requirements. - *E*xperience in performing Business Process Modeling, Gap Analysis, Process Improvement, and Re-engineering on Medium to Large-scale IT projects, describing the As-Is and To-Be business processes. - *E*xperience in writing Use Cases/User Stories, Business Requirement Document (BRD), Software Requirement Specification (SRS), Business Rules, Traceability Matrix, and Work Flow Diagrams. - *E*xperience in software requirements management including requirements elicitation, analysis, and validation. - *E*xperience in data definition and mapping. Please note that our client does allow Skype/remote interviews. However they reserve the right to require an in-person interview. Does candidate anticipate any absences during the engagement period?
