*Description:*

The role of a Process Analyst is to be the steward for the L&D Learning
Operations Processes.

This includes receiving the request, researching the impacts across
Learning Operations (LO), coordinating approval with the affected Learning
Operations areas, updating processes, and communicating process changes
across Learning Operations and the Department.



*Responsibilities: *

Gatekeeper for process changes Consult with all areas of L&D and other
stakeholders to research/discuss/coordinate process changes Update Process
Guides.

Educate and communicate changes to process Skills/past experience

Process improvement (Six Sigma/Lean or something similar would be helpful)

Change Management

Communications Consulting

Project coordination/management (helpful for prioritization of tasks and
ensuring timely implementation of requested changes)

Self-starter Detail oriented Knowledge of Visio and MS Project
