*Need : BI DeveloperLocation :Nashville, TNDuration : Long TermMax Rate:$50/hr* *Need a* *US Citizen* *to start in mid-April .* The BI developer working with Onlife will be primarily focused on developing highly scalable reporting solutions, primarily focusing on developing SQL queries and stored procedures that will be consumed by front-end reporting tools, such as Information Builders WebFocus 8. Responsibilities will include both design and programming related to reporting and analytics, development of requirements for data access to be shared with the data warehouse team, and developing test cases and queries for QA of reporting and data warehouse development. *Responsibilities:* Design, develop, and maintain internal and client-facing reporting solutions taking advantage of any technology available to the BI team. Assist in developing Analysis Services cubes and tabular data models to support analytics Work with Data Warehouse Architects to convey reporting requirements which will inform the design and implementations of new Data Warehouse table structures and ETL processes. Identify and implement improvements in code and architecture to improve performance and scalability of reporting solutions. Develop stored procedures and queries to support report generation and ad-hoc data requests Provide specifications for creation of ETL processes to insert data from production systems into the Staging, ODS, and EDW data structures Perform peer code review and QA for new and existing processes and applications Monitor and report on issues related to data quality from production and data warehouse environments. *General expectations of the developer will include but not be limited to:* Works effectively on a collaborative development team A self-starter, able to determine next steps in achieving project goals and proceed with minimal managerial intervention.
