*Position Summary*:

My Client is currently searching for an experienced Oracle Human
Resource/Benefits Analyst who has at least two full cycle implementation
experience and experience with US Benefits/Open enrollment (Oracle R12 is a
must). This analyst will be responsible for requirement analysis, fit-gap
analysis, and business process improvement and operation support
opportunities for my client's HCM Oracle Modules. The Analyst must be a
team player and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.



*Our Analyst, Oracle Duties & Responsibilities will include*:

   - Adherence to project timeline for completion of deliverables
   - Troubleshooting of  interfaces , packages and workflows
   - Providing  functional/technical design based on the functional design
   document
   - Participate and contribute in solution architecture related
   discussions
   - Ability to understand end-to-end business process and performing Root
   Cause Analysis
   - Following  AIM / OUM methodology and documentation standard for
   development
   - Supporting critical benefit related activities for a global
   organization structure located in multiple time-zones (Open Enrollment, US
   HCR mandates, other special projects involving acquisitions and
   implementation in new countries, etc.)
   - Technical analysis of critical patch update, RUP patches



*Basic Qualifications*:

   - Bachelors / Masters degree in Systems or Computer Sc required
   - Minimum 7/8 years experience with Oracle EBS applications
   - Must have implementation experience/custom development with Oracle
   applications R12 (Core HR, OAB modules)
   - Expertise in Oracle Advanced Benefits with US Open Enrollment cycle
   experience (i.e. program/plan/option modifications, processes, vendor
   interfaces, etc.)
   - Expertise with OAB-Life Events - configuration, collapsing rules, etc.
   - Expertise in Oracle tech stack ( PL/SQL , OAF, ADF, Workflows, BEML )
   - Good experience in Oracle forms custom pll customization ,
   personalization
   - Detail understanding of Oracle EBS function security , menu ,
   responsibility
   - Detail understanding of Oracle APIs, Web ADIs and concurrent managers
   - Basic understanding of Oracle HCM and Benefit system architecture
   - Creation of test scripts as per AIM / OUM
   - Ability to  understand Functional / BR100 document and its implication
   for custom development
   - Good understanding of Oracle HCM/Benefit organization design concepts
   - Working knowledge  with most Microsoft Office applications (Word,
   Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint)
   - Outstanding customer service and communication skills



*Preferred Qualifications*:

   - Knowledge of Compensation Workbench
   - Exposure to Sig-Sigma or any other quality control process
   - Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with peer groups
