Responsible for planning, managing, and executing deliverables and
timelines associated with Microsoft SharePoint. Resolve issues through
self-research, peer groups networks, or discussion forums. Install,
configure, upgrade, and deploy applications, systems software, and products
throughout platform with minimum supervision. Identify and resolve system
issues proactively. Perform daily monitoring and troubleshooting of the
platform components; installs and configures patches and upgrades as
required. Resolve complex issues through hands-on technical solutions,
self-research, peer groups networks, or discussion forums. Own and ensure
adherence of team members to systems implementation methodology.

Assist in the creation and development of SharePoint based websites and
applications. *and 2+ Yrs.
Knowledge of working with *Microsoft SharePoint Collaboration software* *
and 1+ Yrs.
Information Technology - Languages/Tools *PowerPivot for SharePoint* * and
1+ Yrs.
Information Technology - *Operating Systems SharePoint* * 3+ Yrs.
Information Technology - *Server Support*

*Position Goals and Tasks*
·         Oversee the security, configuration, maintenance, development and
expansion of the company's Microsoft SharePoint infrastructure and
underlying technologies including operating systems, virtualization and
databases.
·         Manage Intranet sites built on SharePoint 2010.
·         Manages system security for SharePoint sites Maintains system
patching and upgrades.
·         Deploys custom developed and third-party SharePoint solution
packages.
·         Configures SharePoint services and settings.
·         Documents SharePoint configuration and architecture.
·         Manages site quotas and file size limits.
·         Reviews and monitors usage reports.
·         Administers and maintains sites and sub-sites.
·         Designs the site layout structure and content.
·         Ensures the SharePoint Farms are compliant with the Disaster
Recovery policies.
·         Provides SharePoint support to end users.
·         Partners with internal business stakeholders to implement,
maintain and support systems needed for collaboration, document management
and workflow Collaborate with developers and other system admins to drive
architecture decisions,
·         support custom development, and ensure SLA adherence.
·         Responsible for operational tasks including backups, maintenance,
health and performance monitoring.
·         Responsible for leading incident response and troubleshooting
working with multiple technology teams.


Job Requirements: *Technical Requirements:*
·         Industry experience with building, configuring and administrating
multi-tier *SharePoint Farms Experience* with configuring
·         Enterprise level SharePoint environments using *Business
Intelligence, PerformancePoint and PowerPivot* service applications and
functionality a plus
·         Knowledge of *SharePoint Services* including *Office WebApps,
FAST Search, Performance Point Services, User Profile Services. *
·         Experience with *SharePoint administration, virtualization and
SQL administration*.
·         Knowledge of virtual environments (VMware, ESX, Maintaining a
virtual infrastructure) Solid experience with IT systems administration in
Microsoft Technologies such as managing *Active Directory, DNS, IIS,
Windows Server 2005/2008/2012, SQL Server 2008*
·         Experience working with *SharePoint Content, Site/Site-Collection
Structure, SP/Custom Features and SharePoint backups*.
·         Knowledge of *SharePoint Server Architecture, Governance and
Information Architecture*.
·         Strong written and Verbal communication skills and responsible
for supporting technical and non-technical users.
·         Experience in documenting effective solutions for knowledge
database Ability to establish and maintain configuration management
policies and procedures.
