*Systems Administrator – Qualifications/* *Responsibilities:* This role is
responsible for evaluating system O/S patch levels and applying vendor
patches. Responsibilities also include managing, monitoring, and
maintaining our patch management service. The administrator will be
responsible for the complete patch management lifecycle including testing,
deploying, troubleshooting missing patches, troubleshooting patch issues,
etc.
· A minimum of 3 years working in medium to large enterprise level
companies.
· Must have an understand of networking, multiple domains, and have
experience working through issues that can span multiple physical and
logical locations.
· Excellent communication skills
· Able to work off-hours (weekends, late nights, early mornings)
· Excellent troubleshooting skills.
· Experience in prioritizing & conducting testing of patches
· Experience in deploying patches to systems
· Experience in remediating vulnerabilities as discovered and
reported by scanning tools
· Knowledge of security configuration
· Prior knowledge of any patch management tool is a plus
*WINDOWS Admin:*
· Experience with Windows server 2003 – 2012.
· Understanding of BAT, VBScript
PowerShell scripting is a plus
