You will be part of a highly motivated and successful team of talented

support to be successful. You will be required to become a subject matter
expert in the Personalization space and be able to speak from an informed
opinion providing guidance to an array of business units across the
company. With your experience you are expected to manage multiple projects
successfully at the same time. Attention to detail, skilled at financial
management, a focus on quality and the ability to see the bigger picture
and a desire to adapt and overcome challenges will position the successful
candidate well. Agile trained or certified.
·         Manage small and large scale IT projects from inception to
fruition
·         Lead a team of vendor resources
·         Collaborate with various business stakeholder from across the
company
·         Demonstrate fiscal discipline
·         CSM Required

*Key Responsibilities:*
·         Own the E2E project delivery processes for each individual
projects irrespective of project type.
·         Manage project escalations with customers/stakeholders (Internal
or External).
·         Owns project performance parameters
·         Monitor and control the schedule, budget, quality of the project.
·         Manage & Chair project calls with stakeholders.
·         Prepare robust Project plan thus avoiding any schedule/budget
slippage.
·         Submit Change proposals as per demand of the project or as
requested by customers.
·         Run project performance report & share with stakeholders on best
effort basis.
·         Prepare & update project plan, communication plan, risk register
& issues log.
·         Monitor the Governance model agreed with customers.
·         Manage the handover of new products/services to operations before
project is set to close.
·         Prepare work break down structure & update whenever scope changes.
·         Initiate procurement process with vendors
·         Avoid any scope creeps to the projects
·         Measure project performance through quality tools.
