National Broadband Aggregation - Interim Operating Model Business
Requirements Development
Consultant resource will assist client to gather and manage requirements in
support of the National Broadband Aggregation product capability by
supporting the following activities:
Collaborate with key client stakeholders across the “quote to cash”
lifecycle to gather and define business requirements
Facilitate requirements workshops with key Client stakeholders for the
collection of requirements
Drive priority exercises across requirements gathered
Support Client to define and document business requirements per Client's
provided approach and methodology by assisting Client to:
Create and proactively maintain the requirements traceability matrix
Confirm that requirements are mapped to specific L4 processes
Facilitate Joint Application Development ("JAD") sessions with Client
system teams to adequately articulate requirements and solution vision from
business
Assist Client to document meeting notes, key decisions made and outcomes
for JAD sessions as required
Support Client's review of Solution Requirements Definition ("SRD") and
Test Cases
Operate as a point of contact for Client resources regarding requirements
related to the National Broadband Aggregation product capability
