They would be split between production support work (defects and enhancements) and our next Billing Center release which will include upgrading to BC 8.0. Guidewire is based on Java and their own propriety scripting language called Gosu. The most recent replacement is turning out to be the same. So, if this person is on the passive side, then it will not be a good fit. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and with good analytical/problem solving skills. Required Skills— **Guidewire configuration and integration development experience using GOSU related to Policy Center or Billing Center** 1. Strong Guidewire/Java Developers with Policy Center and/or Billing Center experience 2. Previous experience configuring the Guidewire Toolset 3. Experience working directly with Guidewire Policy Center for Auto,Property and/or Umbrella **Strong Java Skills** 1. Strong Java J2EE developer (preferably Java 5) 2.
