Job Description:*THERE IS FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW*
We have an immediate need for a* Sr. Active Directory/VMware Consultant *who
will:
- Demonstrate experience with Microsoft Windows server 2008 and 2012
operating systems and services, VMware sphere, ESXi and Vcenter management
in a large scale environment.
- Maintain responsibility for the planning, design, and implementation
of a new Windows Active Directory (AD) infrastructure.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of scripting languages such as
VBscripts.
- Demonstrate experience in large enterprise migration and management of
windows 2008 server and above operating systems and services.
- Develop an AD security configuration model that will be tested and
deployed to all Windows users and server machines resulting in simplified
user administration while maintaining an enhanced security posture. The new
design must be documented, tested and then managed via best practice
methodologies from planning through implementation.
- Demonstrate experience with PIV-I/Smart-Card integration with Active
Directory.
*Required Skills:*
- 14 years’ experience in designing, planning and deploying Windows
Domain and/or Active Directory structures
- 9 years’ in-depth experience in a large scale Active Directory
environment
- 7 years’ experience with Dell Blade servers, standalone servers, and
Open manage
- 6 years’ in-depth knowledge and experience with ADSI and WMI objects
scripting technologies
- 5 years’ experience with:
- Diagnosing and resolving vSphere 4.x and vSphere 5 issues
- Deploying and troubleshooting virtual machines and vSphere hosts
- The design and build of Windows 2008 Active Directory Systems
- In-depth knowledge and experience of VBscript, PowerShell, and
PowerCLI
- 3 years’ experience with:
- Foglight, solar winds, or other virtual infrastructure monitoring tools
- AD federation services
- 2 years’ experience in PIV-I smart card authentication with Active
Directory
*Desired Skills:*
- 5 years’ experience with:
- Supporting AD running on virtualization software such as VMWare
- Enterprise IPAM
