Thus, a consultant with financial experience – ideally someone who knows banking tools, knows banking models and has been exposed to previously bringing in vendor packages and being able to gauge how much customization will be required for when the client selects a specific vendor package. Thus, a consultant who has vendor selection / package experience who can compare and contrast different vendor packages would be an excellent fit – because s/he would ideally be able to determine how much customization is required. The Business Analyst will then also participate in the implementation and/or conversion process for the selected new. *Required Skills:-*This consultant must have experience with Vendor Selection This consultant must have a strong financial background, ideally with banking tools and models. This Business Analyst will be gathering requirements (BRD’s) and must be able to very clearly write Functional requirements and Test Cases; and, then Have experience with and be able to test his / her own work on the Back End.
