Job Position:IT Senior Business Analyst Duration: 5+ Months Location:Boston, MA Contract (Must be EAD, GC or Citizen) Job Responsibilities: Resources will be working within Optum Tech systems for the enhancements, revisions and configuration Healthcare Exchange projects. Be part of, with 30 + resources based in Basking Ridge NJ. Senior Business Analyst Position requires travel on working remotely at client location. As part of a team resource will be working with Exchange Workstreams ( typically 5- 10 resources in individual teams) driving operational objectives on Exchange projects evaluating business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats and identifying risks and gaps. Top responsibilities for this position • Determines operational objectives on Exchange efforts by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. • Prepare specification Documentation, may include Workflow process, Operational Process details, training materials and project communications • Work across disciplines for requirements, system enhancements and identify risks/gaps and prepare mitigation strategies • Healthcare Industry Required.
